Scope of Work
The MEW-6085-2024-2025 Project’s scope comprises Construction of Nine Fresh Water Towers and Annexed Works at Mutlaa Residential City (Site no 3) including the following works:
- Nine reinforced concrete pre-stressed towers for storage of fresh water (660,000-gallon capacity each).
- Inlet and Outlet Piping & fittings works
- Valves and associated fitting works
- Drainage works, boundary wall, landscaping, plantation, irrigation system
- Site Internal Asphalt roads, electrical and Lighting
- Instrumentation and Control Works, HVAC and firefighting works.
- Electrical and control building electrical and control works are needed for towers, guard rooms and other works.
