Scope of Work

The project involved construction and maintenance of Neighborhoods A4 and A5 of the new Sabah Al Ahmed Residential City, consisting of construction of (930) houses with (13) house types, (28) public buildings, (29) electrical transformer substations, site works (walls, fencing, landscaping and irrigation), as well as the complete infrastructure works (roads, utilities, parking lots, etc.).

Public buildings were composed of (5) school buildings, (6) mosques and related buildings, Central Marketplace, Health Clinic and Ambulance Building, Library, Social Development Center, Post Office, Social Units, Municipality Building, Police Station, Citizen Services Building, and TSE Ground Reservoir with Control Building.

Brief Description of HVAC Works:
 

  • Supply, install, testing, commissioning and two years maintenance of HVAC Equipment such as air cooled chillers, HVAC Pumps, AHUs, HRUs, FCUs, DX-Package Units, mini split units, Cassette type units, window units, cold store systems and ventilation fans( smoke, ventilation, fresh air and exhaust). All electrical works and automation works related to HVAC. Supply and Installation of chilled water piping and insulation including different types valves, gauges, thermometers, expansion tanks, air separators, sensors and full HVAC water treatment and monitoring system with HVAC equipment drain systems. Supply and Installation of duct works and insulation for air supply, return air, exhaust, ventilation smoke and fresh air including VAV, VCD, Fire Dampers, smoke dampers, sensors etc. with certification from PAHW, KFD, MEW and final As built drawings of 30 public buildings.
