Scope of Work
The Project involved construction and maintenance of highways, bridges, street lighting, storm water drainage, sewer, and other services for the 3rd package of the Subiya Highway.
Construction included approximately 30.7 km of 3-lane dual carriageway, construction of 3-Full Clover Leaf interchanges, and construction of multiple utility box culverts for protection of crude oil lines and other Kuwait Oil Company (KOC) infrastructure.

- 9,200,000 m3 of bulk earthworks
- 10,000 tons of steel reinforcement
- 60,000 m3 of reinforced (RC) concrete works
- 1,500,000 m2 of aggregate sub-base course
- 800,000 tons of asphalt paving
- 4 km storm water network with 44 km of concrete ditches
- 5 km water supply network with 2 km of culverts
- 603 nos. street lighting columns (22m to 30m) with all associated works
- 42 km of low tension electrical cabling (supply, laying, and termination)
- 4 km of communication duct works
- 162 km of guard rails
- 3.3 km of Kuwait Oil Company crude oil and pipeline box culverts
Electro-mechanical
Laying of 11 KV and 32 KV Electrical Ducts, supply, installation and maintenance of lighting masts and poles, under crossing lighting system, overhead sign lighting system, electric cables in ground and in UPVC ducts, motorway control cabinets, communication lines including manholes and hand holes, earth bonding and grounding system.
