Project Details
The project involved general maintenance and asphalt pavement renewal for highways, and access roads for King Fahd Bin Abdul Aziz Expressway (Highway 40) and King Faisal Ibn Abdul Aziz Motorway (Highway 50), in addition to traffic management, for a period of 5 years each.
Project Scope
- Construction of Temporary Roads, Detours, and Temporary Pedestrian Crossings.
- Construction of New Roads.
- Storm-water Drainage Works.
- Sanitary Sewerage Works.
- Construction of Other Utility Works.

- 2,500,000 m2 asphalt pavement removal by milling
- 300,000 tons of asphalt paving
- All associated maintenance activities for a period of (5) year
